Lynne McGranger is recognised for speaking her mind.

‘Please don’t be a d**khead,’ the popular soap actor, who portrays Irene Roberts on the long-running serial, pleaded with her followers in her caption.

Several others commented beneath her portrait, indicating that the entertainment veteran had a lot of fans.

‘Now, why isn’t this part of the government’s vaccination advertising and campaign? ‘It’s fantastic,’ one person wrote.

‘That’s the campaign we need out there,’ said another. ‘I believe all Australians will pay attention to that!’

‘OMG love the simplicity of this sign,’ said another. However, it is accurate and to the point. Brilliant’.

She also posted photographs from her June immunisation with the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine.

‘So this just occurred,’ she captioned the photo, which showed her getting injected while wearing a face mask inside a doctor’s office.

She also revealed the blood clot data for the tumultuous AstraZeneca vaccine.

It comes as NSW reported 112 additional locally acquired cases on Monday, increasing the total number of illnesses to 678 since the latest epidemic in Sydney began on June 16.
