On UK screens next week, Neighbours’ Yashvi Rebecchi bids farewell to Ramsay Street as she travels for Sydney.
Olivia Junkeer, who has been on the programme for four years, is departing to “experience something new” in the upcoming episode.
Following a catastrophic automobile accident that left her in the hospital, Yashvi made a life-changing decision that will compel her to reevaluate her future as a police officer. Dipi, who is in Erinsborough to be at her daughter’s side while she heals, persuades Yashvi to continue her profession, but Yashvi reveals her plans to go to Sydney permanently to be closer to her family.
In later moments, Yashvi struggles to absorb her final day in Erinsborough, as she first seems aloof with her pals.
Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney) brings her to the plant nursery for one final surprise after she has a fond farewell with Levi Canning (Richie Morris).
When Yashvi learns that her family and friends have planned a goodbye celebration, she is taken aback and begs Mackenzie Hargreaves (Georgie Stone) to stay by her side to keep her from crying.
Yashvi also had one last nice talk with her ex-boyfriend Ned Willis.
She then departs with Dipi in order to make her flight.
“Yashvi has had such a journey,” Olivia stated on her character’s departure earlier this month. “She arrived to Ramsay Street as a rebellious adolescent and left as a mature, self-assured young lady, which was identical to my own first day on set.”
