On Channel 5, Neighbours has launched a dramatic new teaser previewing August’s major storylines.
As their continuing baby narrative takes a dramatic new twist, David Tanaka (Takaya Honda), Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson), and Nicolette Stone (Charlotte Chimes) will take centre stage.
Following a co-parenting arrangement with David and Aaron, Nicolette is presently pregnant. She’s also dating Aaron’s younger sister, Chloe (April Rose Pengilly).
Unfortunately, a series of bad occurrences now appears to be on the verge of destroying David and Aaron’s happiness, as Nicolette is pushed to the limit and makes a dramatic decision.
Chloe’s continued relationship with David’s brother Leo (Tim Kano), as shown in the new teaser at the top of the page, will continue in the coming weeks.
Hendrix Greyson (Benny Turland) is the first to accuse Leo of having a love interest in Chloe, and rumour soon spreads that the two had slept together.
Meanwhile, Paul Robinson’s rivalry with Nicolette takes a new turn when he tells her that after the baby is born, she must leave his family forever.
Nicolette decides to do a running from Ramsay Street after feeling rejected by everyone.
As the squabbles and recriminations continue, this devastates David and Aaron, leading all hell to break loose among their extended family.
Fans of Neighbours in the United Kingdom will be able to view these scenes in August. When Nicolette is even taken from the show’s opening titles, the tale will leave fans wondering if she will ever return.
