Fans of Home and Away were stunned this week as a dramatic new trailer was revealed by Channel Seven.
Fans could not believe their eyes as some of their favourite characters were revealed by the new teaser following a horrible automobile collision, who was left to battle for life.
After the promotion on Instagram was posted by Seven Friday, several viewers stated that they hoped that the authors did not murder any loved ones.
‘Please, don’t write out Dean,’ a fan said, in reference to the popular character of Patrick O’Connor.
Others remarked that viewing the teaser was torn up.
‘Bruh I know it’s just acting, but right now I’m no joke weeping.’
Another fan on the post remarked “OMG.”
In the trailer, a vehicle collision takes place amongst characters Dean (Patrick O’Connor), Mia (Anna Samson) and Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo).
While Mia and Nikau are pregnant, Dean is left struggling to escape the devastation.
It has been shown that he is being taken to hospital and to surgery.
The doctor tells an inconscient dean in the clip: “Please remain with me.”
On channel seven on 9 August, Home and Away return to screens.
