Laura, 45, uploaded a collection of photographs of the duo as adolescents on Saturday. The actors co-starred on Home and Away in the 1990s.
Laura portrayed Sarah Thompson in the long-running soap from 1993 to 1995 and is currently the show’s lead makeup artist on Channel Seven.
Laura and Dieter enjoy a close embrace in one shot, and she kisses his cheek.
Dieter sported a leather jacket and a Lakers cap while grinning for the camera, and he looked every inch the nineties heartthrob.
After a long day of filming, the two are seen posing with their co-stars Tina Thomsen and Ryan Clark in a second photo.
‘Today was special ‘ she said in her post. Remembering, honoring, and bidding farewell to our great buddy. Dieter is no longer with us, but he will always be in our hearts.’
Laura’s touching message comes two weeks after the actor was discovered dead in a residence in Sydney’s Glenhaven.
Brummer is most remembered for his role as Shane Parrish on Home And Away, and for a romance plotline he had with Melissa George in the 1990s.
The celebrity, who had recently shifted careers to high-rise window cleaning, was 45 years old.
His death is being considered as suspicious and is being suspected of being a suicide.
Brummer’s family issued a statement following his death, stating that their lives will “never be the same.”
‘On Saturday morning, we lost our gorgeous, brilliant, hilarious, complex, and adored Dieter. They responded, ‘He’s left a huge void in our life.’
