A long-running Summer Bay pair will take their love to the next level in a forthcoming plotline on Home and Away… again.
Christian Green (Ditch Davey) is expected to propose to Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee) for the second time in scenes airing this week in Australia and in September in the UK, now that the couple’s relationship has recovered from its previous problems.
Christian will recruit Justin (James Stewart) to sing a special song for the pair in forthcoming scenes, and Leah (Ada Nicodemou) will be overjoyed when Justin later reveals what he’s up to.
“Tori’ll never know what hit her,” Justin says to Leah as they sit down to craft songs for Christian’s upcoming tribute.
Later, Christian takes Tori to a beautiful brunch restaurant, and everything is going according to plan, but something throws a wrench in the works just as he is about to make his big announcement. Will the proposal go off without a hitch?
Christian’s view on life significantly changed when he was nearly killed by Lewis Hayes earlier this year, and the new narrative comes after the couple’s previous engagement met a halt earlier this year.
The doctor decided to postpone his and Tori’s impending wedding to focus on Rachel’s care after convincing himself that he’d survived the attack to save newcomer Rachel Young (Marny Kennedy), who’d been in a skydiving accident – a decision that didn’t sit well with his partner.
