Logan Bennett, a newbie to Home and Away, may make an enemy of one of his Summer Bay neighbors this week when he fights with Tori Morgan, a fellow medic.
Last week, trauma surgeon Logan (Harley Bonner) made a spectacular entry to the Bay after arriving on the scene of Dean Thompson’s (Patrick O’Connor), Mia Anderson’s (Anna Samson), and Nikau Parata’s (Patrick O’Connor) terrible vehicle collision (Kawakawa Fox-Reo).
Logan’s “special combination of talents” allowed him to assist in saving Dean’s life following the crash, and he has subsequently been spotted unwinding from his duties by spending time on a jet ski.
Christian Green (Ditch Davey) recognises Logan as a former colleague from Doctors Without Borders, and he gets to reunite with him this week. Logan is invited back to Christian’s house for lunch with him and his fiancée, Tori (Penny McNamee).
Christian actor Ditch told TV Week, “This is the first person from Christian’s background that Tori has had the chance to meet, so Christian is really delighted to have him around for lunch.”
Tori’s response, unfortunately, isn’t as enthusiastic as Christian had hoped. Tori is irritated to see Logan, claiming that he tried to take over her emergency room and is the last person she wants in her home.
Despite Tori’s protests, Logan stays for lunch with the couple, but the meal does little to help their relationship as Logan continues to irritate Tori.
Is Logan becoming Tori’s foe?
Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) is one person with whom Logan may be a lot friendlier, with the two poised to start a flirtation, but it remains to be seen if this develops into a real romance.
Harley, who played Josh Willis on Neighbours, has stated that he is “enjoying” his time in the Bay, adding that “Logan allows me to be cheeky and fun every day” and that his character is “a genuine delight.”
