Tammin Sursok has stated that her character in a new Australian drama would be inspired by real-life female publicists she’s met.
The former Home and Away actor will next be seen in The Good Hustle, a film about five public relations queens.
The 37-year-old actress, who is now filming the series in Sydney, claims her character is based on ‘cutthroat’ women she encountered in Hollywood.
On Friday, the actress told Confidential, “It can be really ruthless.”
‘It’s centred on a high-profile entrepreneur who is also attempting to start a family and manage her personal life while also wanting to be successful in her own business and corporation.’
‘It’s difficult to do everything, especially for women.’ And climbing the corporate ladder as a woman isn’t easy; I believe you’ll have to work much harder.’
Tammin is a dedicated mother and working woman who strives to strike a balance between the two.
She and her producer husband, Sean McEwen, have been married for 10 years.
Phoenix, seven, and Lennon, two, are the children of the former Pretty Little Liars star and her husband.

Tammin came in Australia in June and was required to stay in a hotel for a 14-day quarantine period in Sydney.
She had previously spent several years in Los Angeles, where she had established a successful acting career.
